What about my UC benefits?

What is the name of your state? Wisconsin. I was layed off by employer in Aug. of 04. I applied for UC bennies but was told that I didn't have enough earnings in an outside quarter to qualify. I was told that I needed at least $1225 in each quarter to qualify But I made over $3000 in one quarter and just a little in another quarter. Can I reopen my claim and get UC?

You certainly can reapply for UC. The State will decide if you are now eligible.
