what about traffic charges

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? I am in pa. My first dui. I have other traffic charges with my dui. Do they go against my record for points or if included in ard are they also expunged in the end? Also can I be given permission by judge to drive only to & from work during 30 day suspension?

If you get ARD things will clean up after you finish the requirements of the probation. The suspension is a hard one (no to and from work even).
If you don't get ARD or you screw it up (which would be hard), you'll have this on your record FOREVER. Even ARD will count against you as a first offense for ten years so don't DUI again.
