What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? arizona
i rented a room in my house to a friend who one day, decided to start living in his travel trailer i allowed him to park on my property. i wrote a simple lease outlaying the basics,(rent amount, length of lease,ok for utility hook ups, etc),& also put in a clause stating he could not move trailer of property till any money owed to me (past due rent, etc) was payed in full, that also included any money owed if he broke the lease, he agreed & signed lease.now after 6 months he has not paid rent for this month, & says he's moving( he gave me 2hr notice on that). he has not moved,my question is do i fall under the RESIDENTIAL LANDLORD TENANT ACT & not the one for mobile homes?
