What is the name of your state? Florida

Questions:

1. If I don't have the money to pay my property taxes, what are my options?

2. I have a student loan and I will like to know if a chapter 13 will payoff my student loan?

Thanks in advanced,

PLEASE, need some help

1 - If you don't pay your property taxes, you will end up with a tax lien on your home and they could force the sale of your home to recover the taxes. I don't think the FL homestead exemption will stop a tax sale.

2 - Student loans can be included in a CH 13 bankruptcy, but if they're not 100% paid off at the end of your Ch 13 plan you would still have to pay what's left.

Ch 13 should also take care of your property taxes.

So I can include my student loan on a CH 13 bankruptcy?

Even if I got the loan from the government?

Thanks in advanced,

Pablo
