What is the name of your state? MD

Hi, I was involved in an online relationship with a woman who lied everything about her for 3years (claimed 10 years younger, etc). We met from an online forum. Mid way, she had an affair with another man, got pregnant, without telling me for 1.5 years. Turned out the guy was a player, who dumped her. She came back to me (after meeting for the first time) for 6 months but then left after delivering the baby. She wants to hide everything so that no one knows about me and the other guy.

My question is what are my rights when it comes to exposing the details of this story? Can I post a brief message in an online forum explaining the whole thing? I'm concerned about confidentiality. What details about her can I include: use of her photos, identifable information, name, real age, nicks, or links to a separate page, hosted by me, containing more details. I suppose photos and such are private and one should not use other's photo without permission. But then how would others know to avoid the problem you dealt with for 3.5 years?

Thank you sincerely for your time. I'm asking because her family has been known to do a lot of things outside of the legal system and I'm concerned about being sued.

Wouldn't it simply be smarter to just walk away?

Take the money that you would have ended up spending on an attorney when she sued you and use it on therapy.

Your question has nothing to do with divorce , separation or annulment .

Hi, I appreciate your answers. Could you please tell me where to post my questions or direct me to where I might be able to get an answer. Are there any other forums that offer legal advice, other than freeadvice.com ?

Thanks.

The short and simple answer:
It is NEVER a good idea to posts ANY personal info on line- even if the info isn't your personal info. You could be sued- so why risk it.
