I requested a modification of child support for my three children. The oldest was done seperately from the other two and was increased.

CPS called me today and told me that the current order for the two will not change and if I go forward with the modification, the prosecutor will probably throw it out and I will have to wait three more years until I request another modification. If I withdraw, I can request again in six months.

Considering my ex was unemployed at the time of the current order and has been working steady for the last three years, I am at a loss. My two youngest children get the lowest amount possible by law because of his unemployed status at that time, but my oldest gets a considerable amount more.

Can I request to see the worksheets before I make my decision to withdraw or go forward?
