how does "move on" resemble a legal answer ,my question was do i have rights???,..and can he throw us out,... since he was insrtumental in bringing us here,....point...,if i had the money back,and a job,.(duh ),i WOULD move, can't get an apartment without a job,can't stay here long enough to get one,.... get it?......and birds been my nickname for 25 years,..why should that bother anyone.

"move on" does resemble a legal answer. I have heard judges use that expression several times especially in divorce, family, BK and probate court.
You asked about rights? Now don't get your feathers ruffled but the answer is you don't have any rights. The loser can kick your bird butt out at anytime since you are not on the lease. Sorry, that's just the pecking order of things. You shouldn't have flown the coop and flew south.
