HI LAWRAT WELCOME BACK. IAAL WAS CONCERNED. OK NOW TO MY QUESTION... WHAT ARE SOME REASONS THAT A JUDGE WILL
ALLOW SOMEONE TO WITHDRAW A GUILTY PLEA? AND IS MY HAVING THE FLU (SO BAD I THOUGHT IT WAS PNEUMONIA & WENT
TO THE HOSPITAL 2 DAYS LATER) I WAS ON NYQUIL THAT DAY & WAS NOT TOLD BY MY ATTORNEY THAT I HAD TO DECIDE THAT
DAY. & ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS GO HOME TO BED. BUT THE ONLY WAY I COULD GO WAS TO GIVE IN TO ALL THREE ATTORNEYS
TELLING ME TO TAKE THE DEAL. (I WAS ONE OF THREE DEFFENDENTS IN THE CASE & WAS THE LAST HOLD OUT TO TAKE THE DEAL.)
IM ALLMOST POSITIVE I CAN PROVE MYSELF INOCENT BUT I HAVE TO PULL MY PLEA. FIRST THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME

You are such a sweet kid. From the way you write, and your apparent manner, it would seem that you should be going to the Senior Prom, rather than a courtroom. If I had my way, I'd give you my "Get Out of Jail - FREE" card. Unfortunately, your situation is all too real.

First, the easy part: Go to "NoNags" site and download a free "ping" program. It'll keep your connection from getting cut off.

Now, the hard part: There are so many reasons, good and bad, to have a guilty plea withdrawn, from "Manifest Injustice" to "Mental Incapacity" and everything in between, and beyond. We don't have enough information about your actual criminal case, and what went on, to really give you any viable options. Please, talk this matter over in detail with your attorney, so that a proper motion can be written and filed with the court.

Perhaps Lawrat has some other, or further, suggestions?
