people pls relax Im asking a basic generic question. Ive done homework on this but cannot locate anything definitive as to what a judge looks for in a prenup. Its not for me Im doing back research to help a close friend. Everything Ive researched to date she has questioned atty and is correct.
I just want to know is there a basic checklist attys go by for financials in a prenup so as to be considered full discl.
How about you
relaxing and after loosening up look up the definitions of such English words as "
meddlesome", "
intrusive" and
officious" and see which fits you best.
You also might consider whether all of this "homework" and "
research" done for your friend's supposed benefit - of which you seem so excessively proud - does not constitute the unlawful practice of law!
Also, it seems remarkable to me that her attorney is allowing you to kibitz or in anyway interfere with or even communicate with you concerning this most confidential legal undertaking. I sure as hell would not put up with it. Nor should any attorney permit you to participate.
