What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? KY

I got a DUI on the military installation. I still did not receive court dates from the state, so my state license is still good... however, the garrison Commander went ahead and revoked driving privileges for one year.

How hard is it to get restricted driving privileges on the military installation due to family hardship?

Thank you.

Based on my own experience in the Air Force, the one-year revocation of the offender's on-base driving privilege is rarely excused or mitigated. Family hardship is not likely to soften any commander's heart. Sorry!
