I would like to know what the options are in a matter like this. Last night my Niece called me crying and told me that her and her husband had went to a gym to begin and pay their memberships. One of the gyms trainers recognized her as the daughter of a guy he used to work with. This trainer then decided to be the class clown and began saying sexually explicit things about her and even went as far as suggesting that her Father wanted sex from her. This was done in front of other employees, gym members, and her Husband. Please advise as how to proceed with such a matter.
