I'm in the state of California.

Does anyone know what form I need to use to file a "Motion to Quash"? The nosy/greedy ex inappropriately tried to subpoena personal info from my husband's employer under the guise of non-existant child support issues when there is no pending court date, hearing or even a case! In order to file an Objection to her subpoena, we need to file a Motion to Quash, but I can't tell which form I need to use on the CA Superior Court website. The only form that has anything to do with "quashing" is CD-160 - Application & Notice of Application and Hearing for Order to Quash Ex Parte Writ of Posession, but I don't know if that's the correct form to use. Or should I just use a FL-301 - Notice of Motion and check the "Other" box and fill in Motion to Quash?

These things are so darn complicated and I haven't been able to find any info on what form is the correct one to use.

I'd appreciate any info - thanks!

Give the link for the court website, okay? If you are in a cs case, I don't think there is anything to do with a writ of possession.

Contact the Famly Law Facilitator's office they can inform you if their local rules the use of a different form or to use the FL misc forms, and how to frame the motion.
