What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? GA

I have an unpaid business insurance premium. The lawyer is saying the only thing they can do is a wage garnishment, is this true?

I want to make sure they can not levy the bank accounts.

We've had plenty of debt, have had bad times so I'm use to it. But I just want to make sure that is all they can do.

Thanks.

Edited to Add...I can spell Lawyer, I just screwed it up!!!

They can't do a darn thing until they get a judgement.
