What will happen to me?
Living in Louisiana..
This is long so I'll try to keep short. Husband. nd I dated for 3 years. I found out about Craigslist women and escorts. I got over it and still wanted to marry. I loved him and he swore nothing happened.*
We got married and it last a year. In that year I noticed his behavior started changing. He became very ruling of me. He wouldn't relocate his job back to Louisiana. He always worked out of state. Before marriage he promised I could move to Texas with him and he'd get me on with his company or he'd get a job and move to Louisiana. Right after marriage we found out my daddy was terminal. So I couldn't leave for Texas. He understood. My daddy had no medical insurance so everything was out of pocket. My husband and I helped alot. A whole lot. On our 1 year anniversary he stated he was laid off from the pipeline and was coming home. I was excited. He got home that night but didn't unpack. He just kept sitting on our couch. I kept asking him what's wrong. He began to shout and I yelled back for him to leave until he calmed down so the kids didn't hear it. He left and didn't return that night. He said it was over and he wanted a divorce. This was 2 days before Christmas.
My children are from a previous marriage. We have no children together. While we were together I placed GPS on him and noticed he was leaving his camper in the middle of the night going to hotels. He stated just to visit his friend from work when i confronted him. Well I believed him again. I know I was stupid. Well anyhow 1 month after he left us my friend of 29 years was visiting us when he got the call his mom had passed away. He stayed for the night and we had sex and even went with him out of state to the funeral. After arriving to the funeral there was issues with my friend and his family and I decided to go back home early to avoid their gamily disputes. On the way I contacted my husband and asked for assistance with travel. He agreed to help me and sent $300.*
When I arrived back home 3 days later my husband and I continued to talk and he said he was going to come back to Louisiana and see us. I agreed and was looking forward to hopefully working our issues out. I planned on coming clean in person not by phone. Two weeks went by and he came in. He started acting strange again the night he arrived. Out of the blue he burst into our bedroom, grabbed my arms and demanded my phone. I told him no. He leaped across the bed landing on top of me causing me to fall backwards onto my 7 year old and he started crying out daddy stop. I was scared. I tried kicking him off of me. I can't tell you where my legs landed all I was focusing on was getting him off of me so I could get off my son. Well he slid off the bed hitting floor. He said I hurt him bad and he needed to go to hospital. I didn't believe him cuz he was able to walk out of the room. That's when I jumped up locked the door and didn't come out.*
He left the next morning without seeing me cuz I still remained in room. Later that day I got a text that his leg had been broken from my kick.*
Now this is where it gets complicated. That night I spent with my friend I ended up getting pregnant. I've since gave birth to a little boy and his father and I now love together.
My husband keeps sending me threats and papers on divorce. All these papers are different each time. One time I followed through and signed. But the state of Texas rejected it since I didn't reside there or vote. So a divorce has to take place in Louisiana.*
My husband wouldn't have sex with me during our marriage. (IT) would not work due to his porn addiction. Maybe it was his drug use. But my 15 year old son quit coming to visit him with me for nearly the whole marriage cuz he stayed drunk.*
He never lived with us.
He couldn't perform in the bedroom.
He was an alcoholic.
Marijuana and Meth use ( didn't know til after married)
Yes a lot was hidden from me and i might be stupid for not noticing but we didn't see each other like most couples. We'd visit each other and that's it.
Now I'm called every name in the book. I'm a slut, whore, ****, he hates me and so forth.
His new attorney is good and she has a good rep. Now he's saying he's suing me for medical bills from his leg being broke, going to take my city lot we live on in a trailer (cause we bought before marriage and it was in both our names but he put in my name early in seperation) do it'd solely on my name now. Also stating I'll have to pay all this money cuz after he left I got pregnant by another man. And stating during our marriage I'll be responsible for the money I used in the account to help my terminally I'll dad. My dad passed away 2 months ago and isn't here to defend me stating my husband talked to him saying he'd help. He's threatening me at every corner. I'm worried cuz I make little to no money and have 3 children.*
What can he take away from me? Will i have to pay alimony as he states? Yes we were seperated when I got pregnant but he walked out and left us and said he wanted a divorce. I thought it was over. Someone please help me here. I can't afford an attorney. I haven't bothered by husband for anything and don't text of call. I ignore half his threats. He even tricked me into tax money saying he wouldn't fight me in court if I'd let him keep all $8,000. And now he is doing this...
