What is the name of your state?California. My ex had his scheduled visit last weekend and called on Sunday to say he was keeping him some of this week. We had not discussed this prior. I called him yesterday and left message on his phone that my son needed to be brought home, my granddaughter was going to be here this morning and we had plans. A few minutes later my phone said one missed call, I checked and it was from the ex but no message was left. I left another message about 3:00 that since I have not heard from them I will be at our meeting spot at 6:00 (normal drop off time). I got there 6:20 I left message, 7:00 left message. Needless to say they did not show. My car will not make the trip to his house so I was going to borrow a car today to go get my son. Does anyone know what I need to do when I get up there, as far as getting the police to go with me and things. I'm not sure what my rights are in this situation. Our agreement does not give him any extra visitation for spring break, it is just the normal every other weeek. Any help would be great. Thanks
