I had a man who came from the state of ca. telling me he loved me .. and bacisly what he did was just come here to get what he want and then skipped the state of tennessee.. I brought a car which has both his and my name on the title we did get a signed agreement made up in a lawyers office but three out of the four things he has already breeched.. I do have a attorney who has helped some .. he sent me to get a warrant for his arrest and the county I live in has refuse to issue that warrant.. the reason for the lawyer asking for the warrant is..that it was a third class felony (1) he is concealing the where abouts of the car.. (2) I have a equitable lein interest on that car cause it is on my credit card (3) he left with out informing me and also there is no insurance on that car.. this man came here and strip me of my self-esteem , possessions, and peace of mind.. there is more to the story and I will be glad to tell you ..I am left with no guarantees of repayment, along with several other purchases which he manipulated while here. I bite the dirt on these. Due to recent stock losses I am left with meager means.. This he understood, that is why and what he did and then he took off.. to me I would think this would be fraud .. please help and tell me how and what to do.. I am just at my wits ends and I stay so tarn up inside ..please god help Mary Sue Bennett I do have a recorded tape proving he said he loved me ..please write me back so I will know and how to do..and would this be a third class felony?
