What is the name of your state? Texas
I live in a small town about 800 people. I herd that I was being sued for slander. The accuser is stating I told people that thay were selling drugs out of their house. How do I prove that I havent said that? I havent recived any thing from their attorney yet I'm not sure I will. The accuser has been arrested before, having something to do with drugs. What should I do?

Well, how about keeping your mouth shut and getting on with your life for starters?

You don't have to prove you DID NOT slander him. He would have to prove you DID.

What would he sue you for? Doing more damage to an already tarnished rep?

I wouldn't worry about it if I were you.

Another ignorant answer by BelizeBreeze. There's no need to wonder exactly why s/he isn't practicing law, is there.
