I received a divorce in May of 2000, in my divorce papers it states that we split our income tax 50/50. He has yet to pay this to me...I have spoke to him (have recorded)and keeps promising to pay me...The last time we spoke he said after the 1st of the year...When contacting him 01/12/01 His new wife (?) answered the phone and told me that she was his wife and that I didn't need to be calling him...Then I tried calling him today 01/14/01 and he just said I had the wrong #...If he continues to avoid me...What are my options...All I want is what we agreed on...I have kept my word to him through this whole deal...He on the other hand has broken his to me twice...Our divorce was granted in Texas...but I am currently living in Indiana...Will I have to go back to Texas to straighten this out??? Is my divorce final if he hasn't paid me or is it just a matter of getting my money from him...I have heard different stories on this.

Are you being bitter towards the Senior Members or what?
Most of them DESERVE to be there. They are very helpful to
people who show the respect they deserve.
