My wife walked out on me a 2 young children to be with another guy she left me with out money transportation i was unemployed also .now it's 3 months later i have a job and paying the bills as best i can she agreed to pay the car payment the car insurance and the weekly payment at a rent to own place we had some appliances through so far the insurance was canceled on the car then the car was reposed and i have had to make almost all the payments to the rent to own store im tired of this and want to know my legal options im in North Carolina thank you

Try legal aid (your county clerk should be a ble to direct you) to help. Some suggestions for getting started:

- File for legal separation
- File for custody & child support
- Contact your creditors, explain the circumstances, and see if they can help you with a catch-up plan
- if the rent-to-own appliances are NOT essential (fridge, stove) turn them back in
- Try consumer credit counseling
