calif. just what can you keep in a bankruptcy? i have a
new vehicle that i owe more on than it's worth( $26,000). will this go to a reposession? if you have equity in a house will you be forced to sell that home in order to satisfy the outstanding debts? what about credit card debt and second mortgages? i may have to file banckruptcy due to divorce. thanks
