I read online about this horrible and despicable hit and run the other week by USC in which a female was killed and the male she was with survived after getting attached (sorry can't think of a better word) to the windshield after he was hit for 400 feet or so after the male passenger just left the car and took him off the front of the car and put him on the street as the driver drove off. It was just identified that the driver was his wife and he is now supposedly in hiding in Mexico. Obviously she will be charged with hit and run and manslaughter but what can the man be charged with as he didn't drive and took the guy off the front of his car and left him in the street? Other than being a horrible person has he actually done a criminal act?

Sorry, someone smarter than I will have to address this question. There are just too many run-on sentences for me to comprehend it.

let me translate.

car hit 2 people, killing one and the other staying on the windshield of the car while traveling another 3-400 feet. Passenger of car then got out of car and removed the guy that was on the windshield. Car, with driver and passenger left the scene.

Driver since found and arrested. Passenger, along with the involved car is not to be found...yet.

So, can the passenger that pulled the injured person from the windshield be held for any criminal actions>
