What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? ky

What can we do legally to keep a 19 year old boy that was previously our 16 year old daughters boyfriend away from her? She wants to leave her family for him. He is very controlling and jealous. We just had a mental examination done on her and the gentlemen doing the evaluation at the children's hospital said we definetly need to pursue legal counseling. We are getting her into teen and family counseling Monday. But, if given the chance this boy will contact her and try to take her away, and she isn't strong enough to say no to him. He has mentally brain washed her. What can we do legally?

I would recommend pursuing a restraining/no contact order against the man trying to steal your child.

Go to court and get a RO. TOMORROW MORNING. Have your attorney send a letter stating that if this dirt-bag contacts your child in ANY WAY you will pursue Every and ALL legal options available to you.

Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor. Parental Interference. Criminal Harassment. These are just some of the possible charges that could incur if the dirt-bag continues to bother your child.
