We have had a terrible time with my husband x wife . It has been three years and now we are fighting with head lice issues that has been continue to go on for 4 years . Ever since i have known him his girls have had head lice . The school has wrote and called numerous of times, his little girl Kay came told us one night when we had them for the summer that her mothers boyfriend kissed her like he does their mother. We called defacs but nothing came of it , the little girls denyed it because they were told to my their mother. Then this past summer all the girls talked about her mothers live in boyfriends drinking problem . We called defacs once again but nothing came of it .My husband called this past week to talk to his girls and the boyfriend was on the phone drunk as a skunk and their mother was working the night shift .What can we do to protect them ? The mother constantly denies it and calls the girls liars !!!! What can we do ? Without going to court becasue we do not have the money for an attorney and we do document everything .

I for one am an ex wife and i HAVE been put down, and done wrong according to people on this site so i will not put you down. The head lice thing is probably recurring b/c the mother is not properly taking care of it at home. Just b/c the girls have treatments doesn't mean that it'll kill the lice living on the pillow or in the dolls hair or wherever they have laid eggs. I doubt you can do much about it being as it's her house but keep treating the girls when you can. Does the dad have any joint custody or anything? I am sorry but i don't know what to tell you legally as far as getting them out of her house but good for you for documenting all that the girls say and all that happens. I always said that if my kids didn't like my boyfriend, he wouldn't be my boyfriend. Any mother who calls her kids liars when they tell of something her boyfriend or new husband did to them, is pathetic in my book.
