What is the name of your state?CA

IN JUNE OF 2003 WE BOUGHT A 2000 FORD FOCUS WAGON. IN DECEMBER OF 2003 WE HAD TO PUT IN THE SHOP FOR ELECTRICAL WORK. JAN 2004 AGAIN IN THE SHOP OF ELECTRICAL WORK, BATTERY TERMINALS BAD AND IGNITION LOCKED. WE ALSO HAD IT IN THE SHOP FOR MOTOR MOUNT REPAIR AND IT STILL SHAKES WHEN WE DRIVE IT, IN OCT 2004. WE HAVE TRYED TRADING IT IN SELLING IT AND IT HAS TOO MUCH NEGITIVE EQUITY TO TRADE IN. THEY REFINANCED IT WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE, ARE NOT WILLING TO REPAIR IT IN THEIR SHOP. WE ARE PAYING TOO MUCH FOR THIS CAR AND IT SEEMS THAT ARE PAYOFF IS STILL THE SAME, NEVER GOES DOWN. THIS COMPANY WILL NOT LET UP TRADE IT IN TO THEM FOR A DIFFERENT CAR, HOWEVER, WILL PUT US IN ANOTHER CAR PAYMENT. WOULD THIS BE SOMETHING TO FIGHT IN COURT?

"...THEY REFINANCED IT WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE...."

How did this happen?

Please reply in mixed case; all caps is very difficult to read.

Sounds like buyer remorse. If you paid too much for this piece of 'crap' car, sorry. Many Ford Focus's vibrate, it's just a known inherent problem.
