What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Missouri
I was planning to file bankruptcy myself, but my husband wasn't. His credit was still good and he didn't want to lose his motorcycle that he had a loan on. Now he's losing his job and the motorcycle and is thinking about filing with me anyway. I think I was told we could each keep our paid-for, old clunker cars, each worth less than $1K blue book, but he also owns outright an old motorcycle in pieces in the garage, an old wreck of a car that would take an act of God to restore, plus an old 70s era camping trailer. Will he be allowed to keep them? Thanks. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
