What is the name of your state? CO

I am the stepmother of two very beautiful wonderful girls, and married to there father (sorry I guess that was obvious) well needless to say there mother hates me. I did not become part of my husband’s life until after they were already divorced, and everything was finished with.

Well, because there mom hates me so much, even though she too is married and has another kid, she tries everything thing in her power to make my life miserable. The most recent thing she did was write up a motion to the court stating that I not be allowed to attend school conferences, activities, or pick up the children from school. She said I am too controlling and crap like that.

Okay now... I am not controlling, never do I EVER discuss ANYTHING with her. This entire motion was BS. My question being, will the court believe her over me, and am I at all part of this case, can the Judge order me to do anything even though my name is not part of this at all??
