State is Massachusetts.

Lets say I own a website that sells tickets to sporting events. One person figured out a way to get free tickets from the website by exploiting a bug. Then, that person began to reveal that info to many other people. As a result, I have suffered a tens of thousands of dollars in losses. I know this person and all of his contact information. What kind of charges can be pressed against him for revealing the site exploitation methods to others that have resulted in tens of thousands of dollars in losses for me? Thanks
