What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Houston County Georgia

So we filed with the State District Court in Macon and received a reply from the defendants "Answer to Complaint" and Affirmative Defense Now what do we do. I want to respond to their answers and defense and add some more info which they brought up. How do I title it? And is there a layout other than "in reply to #"

Also what is the time limit to file a complaint in Georgia. according to this Timeliness if the state is an anti discrim state it is 300 days not the 180. We filed within 180 but they are saying we didnt. Just wondering if we can reply saying "it is 300 since the state is a ..... and complaint was filed well within that time" something like that.

In one of the affirmative defense lines it states " "claims are or may be barred limited by failure to mitigate". Confused how were we to mitigate being fired? How do I reply to that one?

Thanks any help appreciated. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

If you do not know the answers to these questions then clearly you should not be doing this pro se.
