What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FL
I have recently filed a petition for Florida dissolution of marriage. Two underage children involved. I have the children because my wife abandoned us about 3 years ago. She was served the paperwork and had 20 days to respond. No response. I have now filed a motion for default. What happens now?

How likely is it that she would be awarded permanent alimony if she has had extra marital affairs with 2 different men, which resulted in her having 2 children with those men and 1 of those children were taken from her by child protective services?
