What is the name of your state? KANSAS

Hello Everyone and I appreciate your help. What exactly constitues driving under the influence in the state of KS? (Keys in ignition, vehicle moving, ETC) The car was clearly pulled over and the hazards were even on when the officer approached. Once again, I appreciate anyone's input on this matter!

If you were the only person in the vehicle, it would be fairly safe to assume you were the one who drove it to where it was parked. Unless you have some state of the art robotic vehicle that drives itself?

Just sitting in the drivers seat with the keys in the ignition, is all it will take to make an arrest. A conviction, well that will take a little more evidence,,,, like your BAC for instance.

You were in control of the vehicle and the assumption is that you drove there and were capable of driving from there. What other evidence will they have against you?
