IF YOU LIVE IN A SECURITY BUILDING THAT AN ORDER FOR ANYONE TO ENTER THEY MUST BUZ YOUR HOUSE AND THEN YOU MUST HIT BUZ THE DOOR TO LET THEM IN THE BUILDING,WOULD THIS BE DEFINED AS YOUR FRONT DOOR INWHICH THE POLICE WOULD NEED A WARRANT TO ENTER TO ARREST YOU? OR WOULD THIS BE CONSIDERED A COMMON AREA?

I am a law school graduate. What I offer is mere information, not to be construed as forming an attorney client relationship.

The front door of a security building is a common area and thus, police do not need a warrant (search or arrest) to enter.

Once police are at your actual front door, then they must knock and announce and then enter with a warrant OR have your consent to enter (if no warrant) OR if it is under emergency circumstances and they are chasing you, they don't need your permission to enter nor a warrant.
