What is the name of your state?tired AND worried:
I'm filing pro se, must at this point:
As I am filing joint personal chpt 7 and had a corp that went under, what should I bring with me to the first meeting with the trustee? It will qualify as a no asset case, everything falls under state exemptions, no secured creditors, etc.
Should I just 'over-prepare' here? I mean, I could bring:
tax returns
bank statements
cc statements
judgements (no liens - they're against the corp)
corp books
What actually should I bring?
I don't want to have to go back.
