What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Illinois

Mother owns small home with a small mortgage. I am executor of her will. I live with her, no income, no job, working on getting disability. Have 2 brothers also in will have not seen mother in over 2 years, live within 30 miles. Will states we must split equally. Will also states I can live in property 2 years after she dies.

My question:
Since I have no income, what do I do about home if she dies before me? I won't be able to refi and payoff lien. Confused! What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? IllinoisWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Find a job before she dies?

Get a roommate?

Do whatever you'd do for housing and income if mom weren't around anymore or she sells he house BEFORE her death and does other things with the money?

Note, that you are not the executor until she dies and a court appoints you such. If she has debts or ends up in medicaid-sponsored housing there may not be anything for you to inherit.
