ILL in ILL

facts: 31 year marriage, lived in ohio for most of marriage till july 2000. We sold the house he moved to WI and I to Chicago ILL. We were going to counseling till Feb of 2001. Total of 6 times in WI and once in ohio before we moved. He wants the divorce. He took a presidency of a compnay in WI (190,000) was fired 3 months after taking it.I moved because he was moving to WI (STRANGE HUH?). He kept seeing his 10 year younger girl firend in ohio. He lied about seeing her during out period of counseling. We were having relations. He decided that he wants her and now is pushing for divorce. He says i was the unfaithful one becuase if found freinds on here and talked about our marriage. I was close to suicide and depression due to life, daughter moving out, husband gone alot and i was not a working wife. No college. Ok that is the background.

Husband is now pushing me for divorce. I sent him an agreement. We are financially strapped with bills and are borrwing from 401K that i have no control over. My attorney in Chicago says i can do three things.
1) let him move to ohio (which is occuring shortly)and have him serve me. Apparently, in ohio they can grant the divorce but not grant the finances if i fight it. Is this true? The will not have jurisdiction over the finances only the divorce.
2) File here in illinois and then stall as long as possilbe.

Some ideas if anyone has? I do not have a college degree. The most i have made is 11,000 in a year when i did work. We did not want me working but he wanted a stay at home wife to raise our duaghter. What would you do? Need advise quickly. Thank you so much to whom ever replies.
