What do I do, what forms?

I'm in N.C. but the custody judgment and the Mother reside in Orange County, CA.
I paid for our children to travel to their Mother's for a summer visit and the Mother canceled one of the children's return tickets, (the day of their departure), and will not return our child until I buy another ticket. The school year is ready to start and there is much preparation. . .
I've been looking for exparte forms, but am not finding the right ones. . .
PLEASE help, time is running out quickly and I don't know what to do.

Seriously, you need to buy another ticket and get the child home....worry about filing for contempt against mom after you get the child home.
