What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FL
I was born while my father was stationed in Germany
Iam trying to get a copy of my birth Certificate
both my parents are now deceased
and i do not know the city in germany i was born at
I have written to the Vital Records Section in Washington D.C
without any success.
I have been told that i need a birth certificate next year to renew my
driver's license and they will not allow any exceptions!
What can i do??????

If you are the same person who asked this a month ago, the answer is still the same. The birth should have been reported to the state department.
