We filed bankruptcy 9 years ago. We have tried hard to keep credit clean and sometimes slip. We were able to buy a house 4 years and a car, We use CCCS to help us keep the numerous different bills we have current, it helps me alot and most everybody stays current.

I tried to get a personal loan a while back at our bank and because we are using consumer credit counselors they denied us saying they never extend credit to people who use cccs.

What can I do and where can I go to get a personal loan that doesn't have such strict policies.

As far as I know our credit isn't so bad right now.
