We finaly got a lawyer, and now we are going to see her on Thursday, I know that it is a good idea to have a list of questions for her when we arrive to expedite everything. Does anyone have a list of questions that we should ask when we get there?

OK. For person who posted, start off by making a list of your names, bdays, and who takes care of kids, etc. Other than that, like they said up top, let us know specifics... what are you seeing lawyer for? custody? change of custody?

I know I wouldn't be able to sit there with a straight face...

but I am going to let my attorney read them - my attorney this time around is REALLY down to earth and is real... so I'm SURE he'll laugh.
