I was wrongly reported to the DRE for some sort of violation. The DRE has requested the "file." I am not sure what to include other than: Listing agreement, Purchase agreement, any and all addendums. Is there anything else i need to include? Such as all email correspondence between buyers and sellers? Would emails be absolutly necessary when the DRE vaguely asked for the "file."?
