What is the name of your state? Minnesota, but case is Wisconsin

Tomorrow is the First hearing. I filed all the proper papers, had him filed, even submitted a parenting plan already.

Last year I saw my girls a total of 18 days. He hasn't been taking our youngest to the doctor regularly and her skin conditions and medications warrent the visits.

When the girls did come to my house they were sent in clothes and shoes that didn't fit. I have an email (that I will have with me) that says that he didn't want to send newer stuff because I would steal it.

My main points are being denied visitation with my daughters. He has no valid reasons to keep them from coming to my house. I have emails showing I have tried working out something with him, and he just never answered. I even petitioned the court to have us go through mediation, and we did, he never signed the papers and sent them back.

This is just breif, but I was hoping someone could give me some advise for tomorrow.

you can email me too at [email protected]

Given that we have no idea what your order states regarding visitation, we have no way of knowing what he may or may not be in contempt of, or how you will fair tomorrow.

My advice would be to hope for the best but prepare for the worst. I have raised my son on my own for the 1st five years of his life. His dad wouldnt even admit he was his until child support recovery made him submit to a DNA test. Then last year his child support was raised from about $200 a month to $400 a month. he was very angry and told me he was watching me and as soon as i "f" up he will get my son and never have to give me a dime. I always let him get him whenever he wanted which was about once a month. Then last july I did mess up and was arrrested for shoplifting. while I was locked he came and took my son and had a judge give him temporary custody. i was not allowed to see or talk to my son till December when we went to court. i felt I had nothing to worry about, since I have always taken great care of him and my other 4 boys. I work at home, Im not on welfare, I put myself through school without the help of anyone. I also had 6 arrest records on his dad for 2 DUIs, public drunkeness, disordely conduct and CHILD NEGLECT. I also had 2 arrest record on him and his new wife for domestic violence and public drunkedness. There was also 3 incidents where my son was injured while in the fathers care and his father didnt do anything about it. I had to take him straight to the doctors as soon as I got him back.
Even though I felt he didnt even have a case, when we got into court I was literally ridiculed by his attorney and the judge b/c my children have different fathers. In the end, the judge awarded him permanent custody and gave me scarce visitation. Now , since the father is a truck driver, he is always on the road, my son is being raised by his wife. The judge did say that him and his wife were not to be drinking while in the presence of my son, but the 2nd time I dropped him off she was drunk. he also refuses to let me speak to my son on the phone, he wont let me eat lunch with him at school and he wont tell me anything about his medical visits.
So just be prepared and i do wish you all the luck in the world..

Well, then he's unlikely to be found in contempt. What's reasonable to him may not be to you, and vice-versa. A judge is unlikely to do more than tell him to be more cooperative, and possibly request a written parenting plan that the two of you agree to. Otherwise? Not much.
