What is the name of your state? Ohio, but abiding by Kentucky state laws (cs in KY)

I was awarded full custody of my child about 2 years ago, when previously custody was never really established. I had physical custody since birth. (The father went away for about 4 years, then decided to come back and be a dad  ) The father gets weekend visitation.

Am I correct in assuming that I make all the decisions regarding the child? i.e. medical, dental, school, discipline, etc.

So many questions
:D so bear with me!

Thanks!
