What is the name of your state? Florida

Me and my X have been divorced for 3 years. When we divorce we agreed on Joint legal custody with me having pri**** physcial custody. This was granted via court order when the divorce was granted. When we divorced I was in the military but in a position to where I didn't deploy. That changed about 1 year ago and I am currently deployed. As long as I remained in the area we worked together on issues involving our daughter. Well while I deployed he removed our daughter from the day care center that we agreed to and secured day care with a person that I do not know (not in a day care facility in someone's residence). He did not discuss this change with me or get my permission to do so. Is he inviolation of our custody agreement and can I make him return her to the day care facility in which she is use to?

Thank you for any advice.

Under Joint Custody you two would have to consult/agree with any MAJOR issues .

Obviously , if there were a medical Emergency , the Dr's. would have to care for the child then .

I'm not sure daycare would fall under a major issue here .

In Wisconsin- yes, daycare DOES fall under a MAJOR decision. I would advise you to contact your lawyer who did your divorce.
