The Docket states: Sentence With PSR set for mm/dd/yy at 9:00 am in courtroom 5 before Judge......What does PSR mean?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

That stands for a Pre Sentencing Report. That is a report prepared by a probation officer to summarize this person offense, criminal history, attitude, disposition, family life, mitigating stuff, drug/alc addiction, possibly letters from victims/defts family, etc. It will also have a sentencing recommendation.
