What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oklahoma
My wife and I filed for divorce back in Feb and during those days we worked out some problems and told our lawyers we were getting back together. My wife is still having problems and want to continue with the divorce. We have court tomorrow for child support, but my question is what happens now? How long do I have before the divorce is finalized? I ask this because I am still trying to fix our marriage. Please help I am lost in this. I just found out that the 90 days is over but that does not mean anything and its to late at night to call my lawyer.

What happened with the original petition? Was it withdrawn?

(If your wife wants the divorce to happen, it's going to happen whether or not you want to work on the marriage).

That I do not know, we just contacted our lawyers and said we were getting back together and they both said that they would take care of it and that they would remain with us if we decide things cant work out. I know that if she wants this that it will happen but it seems to me that she is not fully on board with this and it may even be moving to fast for her as well.
