I purchased tanning points from a tanning salon in Tennessee. The points never expire so I bought roughly 2 years worth. I presently have roughly a year of points left. The store relocated to a better location because their rent was increased at their original location. This adds an additional 20-45 minutes for me to travel to their new facility. I tried to get in contact with the owner for 3 months. I finally did and he stated that they had a no refund policy. He stated that I better start tanning at their new facility. The agreement I enter was for the original location. Did they void that agreement? Should I be able to get a refund for the unused points? Should I sue for punitive damages just to teach this guy a lesson? No one cares anymore about the customer, just the all mighty dollar.
Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

That customer is always right was mostly a PR campaign for more sales and customer retention.
