What is the name of your state? Indiana

I am new to this, and reading different posts, it seems as though pepole are generally woried about the trustee taking money or assets AFTER a discharge. I was under the impression that once your debts are discharged (chapter 7) than thats it. You start all over with a fresh start. Is that right? Can the trustee do anything AFTER the discharge? Can a creditor do anything AFTER a discharge?

Thank you for all your help

Creditors can do NOTHING after discharge and if they do they are in violation of the permanent injunction of the discharge.

The Trustee CAN go after any 'windfalls' you may come into for 6 months after your discharge.
