I live in Michigan, I was charged with Domestic Abuse last April on my girlfriend, I payed my fines and spent 21 hours in jail, and continue to seek counseling for my anger, now I am attempting to seek custody of my two boys who want to live with me. Will the Domestic Abuse charges ruin my chances in seeking custody of my kids?
