Missouri
We are not using lawyers to get divorced because of money. The only thing we own together is a house. We are putting it up for sale next week. What is the pre-trial for? And how does it work? If we both agree to sell the house and split the payments til it sells do we just tell the judge that in the pre-trial? There is really nothing else that needs to be discussed as far as I know. And if we agree on that do we still have a trial or does the judge just grant the divorce at the pre-trial?
Again, neither of us have lawyers so kinda not sure what to do.
Thanks again!
