What is the name of your state? VT....What is usually the next procedure once a complaint has been opened with the Attorney Generals office and that office has sent it to the EEOC? I know they investigate, but once that is complete, then what? Thanks Faith

Two thing can happen:
1. If the EEOC finds that your complaint has merit, then they will attempt mediate a resolution with you and the employer.
2. If the EEOC doesn't find any merit in your complaint, then you will get a right to sue letter from them.
