What is the name of your state? MN
My sister in law pled guilty to CHECK FORGERY-OFFER/POSSESS W/INTENT TO DEFRAUD in Hennepin county it was a plea agreement, she was sentenced to one year and a day which was stayed, also was ordered to do 30 days in the workhouse and three years probaton. She did not report to the workhouse on Sept. 14th as she was required to and a bench warrent was issued. She was picked up and is now sitting in the workhouse. My question is does her not turning herself in to the workhouse on the date she was supposed to violate her probation, is it possible that they will make her serve her sentence of one year and a day and what if any other outcomes could there be as a result of her decision?

Absolutely, the judge can certainly reinstate the stayed sentence. It was stayed on the condition she complies with the other requirements given by the court.
